I just came in from a walk outside and picked a half dozen wildflowers to take home. I couldn't pass them up. I was thinking about what Jesus said, "If God clothes the grass with glory greater than Solomon's, will He not also do the same for you?"

The beauty in nature and the abundance and variety of life all around is beyond us. It tells us its Creator is beyond us. He's Someone higher, Someone greater than us.

I looked closely at the little bouquet I had in my hand and thought, Jesus had to be right. The beauty in even a handful of wildflowers is beyond description and these are just the blooms of blades of grass. How much more glorious must be whatever God has prepared for us who are, as Jesus said, of much more value to God than grass. We who are created in His image and likeness.

But this goes beyond clothing. If God is the source of such overwhelming glory and beauty, in not only wildflowers but throughout all nature, what is He like who is the source of all this glory and beauty. And it goes further than that. If we are created to be like Him, than we are designed to enter into the same place of glory that He lives in, that He dwells in, that He is.

Do we believe this?  In "Falling in Love with the Prince of Life", I explore these thoughts and ponder questions such as:

  • What did Jesus mean when He commanded us to "be perfect as your Father in heaven is perfect" ?

  • What does it mean where it says, "When the perfect comes, the partial will be done away" ?

  • What does it mean that Jesus is coming to us as a Bridegroom searching for a bride?

  • We need God, but does He need us?

  • Who are we?

  • We know God dwells in eternity, but does He dwell in the present?

  • Is it normal or abnormal to sin?

  • The Bible speaks of a second death -- what is the first?

  • If Jesus died for us, why do we still die?

  • Who are we?

Please continue through my website to explore with me these questions and others that I address in my book and articles.
